Glycolic Acid
Glycolic Acid (10% Solution) is a powerful Alpha Hydroxy Acid diluted in a preservative free, aqueous base
Glycolic Acid (10% Solution) is an AHA that promotes exfoliation of dead skin, contributing to a smoother, brighter complexion. Glycolic Acid is the smallest and most highly soluble of the alpha hydroxy acids, making it especially efficacious in exfoliants and chemical peels.
This solution consists of 10% Glycolic Acid in a preservative-free, water base. While Glycolic Acid can be derived from natural sources such as sugar cane and sugar beets, this Glycolic Acid, like most commercial Glycolic Acid, is synthesized in a laboratory.

Produced from renewable resources and completely biodegradable makes sodium lactate a better choice when moisturization is desired. Studies have shown sodium lactate to be a better short term and long term moisturizer than glycerin.
